It is time to
begin the electronic filing process for your form 5500. As e-filing
is mandatory now, we have prepared a detailed set of instructions on the
procedures you need to follow to accomplish this new requirement
1.
The following instructions for obtaining signer credentials for
EFAST2 (the electronic filing program for your Form 5500) is available in
Adobe PDF format and may be printed out for your information. To read the
PDF file you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

To actually obtain your UserID and PIN, you will need to link to the
EFAST DOL website. Click on
the following to be redirected to this website. You will then follow the instructions in item one above
to register and obtain your signer credentials.

When your form 5500 is completed and available for signature, we
will e-mail you a link to your form with specific log-in instructions. You will then enter the UserID and
PIN received during step two above.
